Changing habits. Hard? unpleasant? Annoying? Possible?

When a part of your body starts acting, I mean like really acting, making you crawl on the floor, bearly breath and crunch because you just can’t stand while the pain is attacking – It is time to change some eating habits.
My breakfasts that used to include Gluten Free sandwiches, with cheese or avocado, or both, salads, coffees and teas with milk and juices, anything, pretty much what I wanted to eat – I ate.
Well, no more.
Fruits and vegetables, nuts (not peanuts), nothing oily, no more olive oil, or any other oil, but coconut oil.
I did loose some weight, but more important – I gain control over my body. This is the best feeling ever.
Meditations, Dhan Yoga and a lot of fruits and vegetables. More raw foods than cooked ones, I love my new body.
